Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, or Federal Express. Typical Orders usually arrive within 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only) after order is placed and payment is approved. The amount of time to ship is reflective of handcrafted items being created. However, SPIRITUALITEE.COM does have a modest inventory and it is possible to get a shipment sooner.

*Jewelry orders are automatically upgraded from Standard Delivery to Priority at a flat rate of $9.25 for shipping and handling. If your jewelry merchandise total is over $1,000 we will waive the shipping and handling costs. Because of the handcrafted item there is an estimated 7-14 day delivery.

Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. With this option your package will be delivered by the end of the following business day if your order is placed before 3 p.m. Mountain time (Excluding Holidays)

Return/exchange on Apparel & Jewelry:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange in the same form as the original payment type within the first 90 days. Refunds for items returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. No sale is final.
Return/exchange on Hypnotherapy Cd’s and Music Cd’s (excluding all amazon.com sales):
No returns on CD's. if seal is broken. All books and music other than the "Begin Within:" series cd's need to be returned or exchanged through amazon.com.
Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and return to us. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement.

Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited from your account. Checks printed with a P.O. Box address will be held approx. 3 weeks to verify funds unless a complete address and phone number are provided on the order form.
